Expert Allied Health Care Across Multiple Disciplines

Positive Behaviour Support
  1. Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) & Strategy Development

A Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) is a practical guide that helps a person and their support team respond to behaviours of concern in a consistent and supportive way. The goal is to reduce risk, improve quality of life, and build skills and routines that support participation at home, school, work, and in the community.

  2. Functional Behaviour Assessment

A Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA) helps explain why a behaviour is happening and what can be changed to reduce risk and improve quality of life. Behaviours of concern are often a response to something in the person’s environment or experience, such as communication difficulties, sensory overload, anxiety, pain, task demands, or changes in routine.

  3. Implementation Support & Carer Training

Implementation Support & Carer Training involves providing carers, families, and key stakeholders with practical guidance, coaching, and education to consistently apply behaviour support strategies in everyday environments. This includes modelling strategies, building carer confidence, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring interventions are implemented with fidelity to promote sustainable behaviour change and improved outcomes.

  4. Restrictive Practice Reduction & Rights

Restrictive Practice Reduction & Rights focuses on minimising and, where possible, eliminating the use of restrictive practices by promoting positive behaviour support, least-restrictive alternatives, and human rights–based decision-making. This includes ensuring practices are lawful, proportionate, time-limited, and regularly reviewed, while upholding the person’s dignity, autonomy, and right to safe, respectful support in line with NDIS and legislative requirements.

  5. Mobile Behaviour Therapy

Mobile Behaviour Therapy brings behaviour support practitioners to where behaviour actually happens, whether that is the family home, school, workplace, or community setting. By assessing and delivering interventions in the participant's own environment, we capture the triggers, routines, and dynamics that shape behaviour in everyday life, leading to more accurate behaviour support plans and more practical, sustainable change.
