By providing careful, considerate and compassionate mobile based or telehealth services we aim to bridge the inconvenience which can lie in accessing quality therapy services. Our mission is to also provide you with a high-quality service that incorporates integrity, honesty, respect, diversity, empowerment and non-judgement. Penelope
Provisional Psychologist
Penelope is a registered Provisional Psychologist and completed her Psychological post graduate degree through Monash University. In additional to her psychological expertise, Penelope is also a trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. She has a wealth of qualifications and experience and has completed a Bachelor of Science – Psychology at Macquarie University and has taken her studies further by completing a Graduate Diploma of Counselling and a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy, both at The Australian College of Applied Psychology. Penelope is also a trained Family Group Conference Facilitator through the Uniting Institute of Education.
Penelope has worked with a variety of clients including both Adults and Children. She has experience working with both adults and children including complex cases. Penelope has worked with clients including people on probation and parole, people with drug, alcohol and gambling addictions, anxiety and depression. Penelope has worked with many parents, children and teenagers who have gone through addiction, grief, trauma and loss, significant behaviour challenges, children with autism and post traumatic stress disorders. Over her career, Penelope has designed group programs which have targeted single issues such as mindfulness techniques, quitting smoking, healthy living and group bonding exercises.
Penelope is a passionate psychologist who aims to assist in enriching the lives of those she meets by using her therapeutic skills and communicative ability.



Peter
Senior Physiotherapist
Peter is a passionate and caring physiotherapist. Peter completed his doctorate of Physiotherapy at Bond University and proceeded to work in several metropolitan hospitals located in Sydney. Peter has had extensive experience working in neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, sports and musculoskeletal.



Jen
Occupational Therapist
Jen completed her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Sydney in 2021. Prior to doing her masters degree, Jen worked as a primary school teacher. She has experience working with children with a variety of additional needs including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
In her spare time Jen enjoys reading, listening to podcasts and taking her 2 dogs to the dog park.



Viraj
Exercise Physiologist
Peter is a passionate and caring Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Viraj completed his studies at the University of New South Wales and is commited to improving the lives, health and overbeing of individuals he treats everyday. Viraj has a fundamental understanding around the importance of exercise particularly how they can be best adapted for different individuals with various injuries, pathologies or disabilities.
Viraj has a special interest in improving fitness and motivating children and younger adults to overcome various barriers around exercise that may be imposed on them.
In his spare time Viraj enjoys watching sports and also has a passion for cricket being a cricket player himself.



Jennifer
Exercise Physiologist
Jennifer completed her degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales. She is also in the process of studying for a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. She has experience working with individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic diseases and neurological disorders.
Jennifer strongly believes exercise is beneficial for all individuals. She is passionate about educating people on the benefits of exercise for improving health and well-being. Her goal is to help others improve and achieve their best physical function to engage in daily activities, improve their quality of life and maintain independence. Jennifer uses evidence-based exercises to design programs to tailor your individual needs and to attain the best outcomes.
Outside of work, Jennifer spends her time at the gym and going for runs. She also enjoys playing AFL and Oztag to keep active.


Lindsay
Senior Occupational Therapist
Lindsay is passionate about helping individuals regain and retain their maximum potential. Lindsay completed her tertiary degree, a Master of Occupational Therapy, overseas in the United States. She worked as an Occupational Therapist in hospitals in California helping people meet their goals through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.



Catalina
Occupational Therapist
Catalina graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2017 from the Universidad del Rosario located in Bogotá, Colombia. During her work experience, she has reaffirmed her passion for working with people with sensory, motor, cognitive and mental disabilities using strategies that benefit independence in self-care activities, promoting performance skills and social participation.
In 2019, Catalina came to Melbourne to study a Diploma of Mental Health expanding her knowledge in the area and integrating it into her professional practice, in order to offer optimal treatment based on scientific evidence.
During her work experience, Catalina has worked in Schools, Hospitals, Mental Health Clinics, and Organizations that provide comprehensive health services. Attending different types of diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, genetic and chromosomal disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anorexia, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Cerebrovascular Events, Spinal Cord Trauma and patients with upper or lower limb amputations. She has also been working with people with dual diagnoses such as drugs and alcohol and mild intellectual disabilities.
Catalina bases her treatment on the Bio-Psycho-Social model considering the importance of seeing people from their functional characteristics, favoring the performance of their roles, within family, educational, work, and recreational environments in order to enrich the quality of life of its customers.

Ramsa specialises in working with individuals with Complex mental health conditions including Schizophrenia, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Eating Disorders, Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders. She also works with individuals with dual diagnosis such as drug and alcohol and mild intellectual disabilities.
Ramsa works within a recovery orientated framework and strongly believes in working with individuals to empower and enrich their lives, to promote recovery, functional independence and community connectedness. She is committed to providing holistic, client-centered and individualized care to provide the best quality service to those individuals she works with.



James
Senior Physiotherapist,
PHD candidate
I am a physiotherapist working in South West Victoria in both public health, and providing private disability therapy services. I am an early career researcher at Australian Catholic University.
My research and career interests are in exercise-based interventions and rehabilitation. I am focusing on youth and adults with cerebral palsy and my aim is to explore mobility and functional decline across the life span and how this can be mediated with an exercise based intervention.



Brendon

Brendon has extensive experience working in various settings of the healthcare system such as in hospitals, private practice clinics and in medical centres. He has worked as an occupational physiotherapist for large corporations in Australia.
Brendon enjoys helping people with acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, as well as neurological and orthopaedic conditions recover to their full potential.
Outside of work, Brendon enjoys going to the gym, playing guitar, and exploring the great outdoors with his wife and daughter.


Terence
Psychologist
Terence holds registration as a General Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. He has completed a Master of Arts – Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He has also completed the Graduate Diploma of Counselling at The Australian College of Applied Psychology.
Terence has worked with a wide demographic of clients, particularly young people, people at risk of homelessness, people with ASD, people with “severe and persistent mental illness”, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage. He is particularly interested in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, social skills, psychosocial disabilities, social marginalization and trauma.
Terence believes strongly in social inclusion and assisting clients to increase community connections and social engagement. He is also committed to assisting client to participate in personally meaningful activities such as work or recreational pursuits. Terence is passionate about recovery-oriented practice and assisting clients to achieve satisfying, hopeful and contributing lives despite personal limitations.



Jeremy
Senior Occupational Therapist
Jeremy completed his degree at the University of Sydney and has gained a broad range of experience since graduating. In particular, Jeremy has experience working with both adults and children.
Jeremy has worked with children with a wide range of disabilities and has years of experience in this area. Jeremy’s experience includes working with children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy as well as genetic and chromosomal disorders.
Jeremy is also a keen advocate on disability sport and has represented Australia in the 2016 paralympics in rowing. In his spare time he enjoys socialising with friends as well as watching movies and reading books.



Adriana
Psychologist
Adriana has been a Psychologist for over 20 years. In her work she enjoys the fulfillment of helping people to get back to living their best lives through providing high quality psychology services.
Adriana has worked with adults in both the private and public sector, working with a range of psychological disorders and presentations such as anxiety and depression, family and domestic violence, personality and bipolar disorders, trauma, addictions, etc. She also provides therapy to Spanish speakers, and supervision to other psychologists.
Adriana has also had prior experience providing behaviour therapy and completing behaviour support plans. She is a highly skilled psychologist with a very diverse skill set and is exceptional with her report writing.
Adriana is committed to providing client-centred, evidence-based therapy from a warm and compassionate approach and draws from a range of psychological interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and attachment theory.
Adriana is also a registered non-directive Pregnancy Counselling Support Medicare provider and a Registered Circle of Security (COS) Parenting facilitator.




Abby


Brooke
Occupational Therapist
Brooke received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Sydney University.
Brooke is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about providing support to individuals in the community, in both their homes and schools.
Brooke is both a graduate in a Bachelor Health Sciences with a second major in Korean Studies and in a Masters of Occupational Therapy. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, textiles, and travel.
Brooke has developed experience in providing occupational therapy services to adults with both physical and mental health conditions in acute geriatric, orthopedic, and community based therapy settings. In addition she has a comprehensive understanding of assistive equipment available for clients following her experience in working with a mobility equipment supplier.
Brooke also has experience in working with children who experience disabilities in both the education sector as a School Learning Support Officer (SLSO) and in clinical placements in a paediatric occupational therapy practice, giving her confidence in working to support children’s development of school readiness and independence in activities of daily living.
She is also passionate about taking on additional professional development, including on emotional regulation and home modifications, to increase her clinical expertise.
Brooke’s overall goal is to work with people of all ages to provide diverse and individualised strategies that support their independence in everyday activities, increasing their quality of life.



Sanduni
Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Sanduni is a registered Provisional Psychotherapist and a Counsellor. She has completed her Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Western Sydney University and currently holds the membership of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia).
Sanduni also has completed her bachelor’s degree in arts specialized in Psychology, Economics, and Marketing from Bangalore University India and has been working with clients who struggle with a variety of psychological presentations and behavioural conditions in different age groups across the lifespan ever since. Sanduni is also an accredited Suicide Prevention Crisis Supporter as well as an In-Shift Supervisor for Lifeline Western Sydney and Macarthur.
Sanduni’s area of interest would be to work with trauma clients and assist them to facilitate change via applying long-term strength-based psychological treatment and person-centered elements of therapy. However, Sanduni is also practicing on providing evidence-based psychological interventions including attachment theory, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapy.
Sanduni has been working with clients in different age groups who deal with a variety of psychological presentations such as grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, ADHD etc.
Sanduni is a passionate and caring psychotherapist and a counsellor who aims to facilitate individual’s ability to self-actualise by allowing them to explore and utilise their own strengths and personal identity. In spare time Sanduni enjoys hiking, exercising, and spending some quiet time in nature
