Occupational Therapy
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy (OT) is a person-centred health profession that supports people to build the skills and confidence needed for everyday life. OT can assist with daily living activities, sensory and emotional regulation, functional independence, mobility and safety at home, and recommendations for equipment or home modifications where required. Assessments and therapy are tailored to the participant's goals, environment, and support needs.
Allied Health 2U delivers Occupational Therapy across Greater Sydney, Melbourne, and Gold Coast, with telehealth available Australia-wide.
