Mobile Exercise Physiology
Mobile Exercise Physiology brings qualified Exercise Physiologists directly to the participant, in the home, workplace, gym, park, or community setting. Sessions are built around the goals that matter most in everyday life, whether that is improving mobility, managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury, building strength after a long period of inactivity, or supporting overall health and wellbeing.
Exercise Physiology is a clinical, evidence-based discipline. Our Exercise Physiologists are tertiary-qualified and accredited with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia), which means every session is grounded in clinical reasoning and tailored to the participant's medical history, capacity, and goals.
At Allied Health 2U, we have been supporting NDIS participants since 2015. Mobile delivery sits at the centre of how we work because we know exercise programs designed in a gym often struggle to hold up in real life. By delivering Exercise Physiology where the participant actually lives, learns, and moves, we build programs that fit the environment rather than fight against it.
Mobile Exercise Physiology also removes a real barrier to access. For participants who experience anxiety in unfamiliar settings, who have mobility limitations that make travel difficult, who live regionally, or who simply progress better in familiar surroundings, coming to a clinic or gym is not always practical. Mobile delivery makes Exercise Physiology accessible to participants who would otherwise miss out.
Telehealth Exercise Physiology is also available where appropriate, particularly for program reviews, education, and ongoing support between in-person sessions.

Exercise Physiology in a Setting That Suits You
Starting or maintaining an exercise routine can be challenging, especially when pain, fatigue, low confidence, disability, or health conditions are involved. Our Mobile Exercise Physiologists design practical, achievable programs that meet the participant where they are, building from there.
Sessions may be delivered at home, in the community, in a suitable facility such as a gym or pool where appropriate, or via telehealth. Our clients who need greater flexibility, telehealth sessions may also be suitable depending on goals and clinical needs.
Our team works alongside the participant to keep exercise safe, motivating, and goal-focused, supporting improvements in function, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Mobile Exercise Physiology supports improvements in strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and overall fitness through individualised, evidence-based programs delivered where the participant lives and moves. We work with participants to set realistic goals and develop an exercise plan that supports everyday function, such as transfers, walking tolerance, community access, and participation in meaningful activities.
Our Exercise Physiologists work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support coordinated, goal-aligned care. Depending on your needs, this may include collaboration with:”
Occupational Therapists
