Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
An EAP is a confidential workplace service that employers pay for their employees to attend counselling.
Student Assistance Program (SAP)
A SAP is a professional and confidential counselling service provided by Allied Health 2U for students at the secondary and tertiary education level. We can help align students’ concerns with your commitment to provide support to help them complete their study.
With the focus on maintaining the mental wellbeing of students, we can assist your students when personal, family or study issues are impacting on their quality of life. The support offered will assist your students to overcome barriers in completing their studies.
Through access to professionally qualified and experienced counsellors over the phone or face to face, your students have the opportunity to identify problems and find ways of resolving them.
Issues we can help with:
- Work / life effectiveness
- Improving relationships
- Interpersonal conflict
- Working relationships
- Gambling and addiction
- Trauma, grief and loss
- Depression and anxiety
- Financial and legal concerns
- Positive parenting
- Communication skills
- LGBTIQ support
- Drug, alcohol and substance abuse
- And more!
How many sessions can I access?
Counselling usually lasts about five sessions. If a problem is more severe or requires longer-term treatment, companies can approve further sessions as needed.
