Counselling and Psychotherapy overlap considerably however there are some differences. Counselling is shorter-term designed to focus on managing a specific problem, learning to adapt to changes in life and developing your well-being. Psychotherapy is longer-term and focuses more on restructuring the personality or self and the development of insight.

At Allied Health 2U our Counsellors and Pscyhotherapists are equipped to work with a diverse range of clients. Whether you feel like you need to have a one-off chat with a skilled therapist or have an issue you would like to work through, our friendly staff are available to provide a safe and confidential space. There is no such thing as an issue too big or small!
